If you have lost your phone or tablet then there are two things you need to do as a precautionary measure.
- You need to reset your password here. Please use the email address that was used to log in to your Living With app.
By resetting your password you automatically log out of all Living With apps using your old password. This log-out will happen within 8 hours (unless the phone is offline/turned off) - You need to contact Living With at support@livingwith.health to report your phone has been lost.
Additional information
All data held on your phone is encrypted and cannot be accessed by third parties which have the device as long as the phone is locked using the phone's in-built locking mechanism.
