If you restart your phone it should fix this issue .
After the restart, you should be able to print your diary. If you are still unable to print your diary, it may be that your phone does not support this feature, or there is a problem with the app which prevents it from working with your phone correctly.
In this case, please tap 'Email support' and let us know what happened. We may be able to help. Reporting this issue helps us know how many people are affected and allows us to try and release a fix.
Please know that your clinic will still receive your diary when you finish it even if you cannot print it yourself.
