If you are having issues receiving notifications and reminders in-app, you can use the Notification troubleshooter to discover and fix any potential problems.
How to find Notification troubleshooter
1. Open the Living With app and from the Main screen, tap on the My account symbol at the top right of the screen. See the image below.
2. In the My Account area, you can scroll down and then tap on the App support section to expand it.
3. Once the Support section is open, tap on the Notification troubleshooter button from the list.
4. The troubleshooter should then start and work through all the potential issues that may be stopping notifications from working on your phone. Please follow any instructions the troubleshooter provides to get your notifications working again.
