If You Have Been Invited but Have Not Registered
It would be best if you asked the clinic that invited you to reinvite you using the email address you want going forward. They can then resend your invitation to your new email address.
If You Have Accepted the Invitation and Registered
Once you have registered, you cannot change your email address yourself. To request a change, please email support@livingwith.health from the original email address associated with your account. In your email, specify the new email address you would like to use.
If you no longer have access to your old email address, please contact your clinic directly and ask them to email support@livingwith.health on your behalf to request the change.
After Your Email Address Has Been Changed
Once we update your email address, we will send you a confirmation at your new email address. To access your account with the new email, please follow these steps:
- Force close the Living With or Squeezy Connect app on your device

Android Instructions: Find, open and close apps on Android - Android Help - Open the app again and log in using your new email address and password
Please use the password you picked during registration
