If your clinic has sent you an invitation via email and you have not received it in your inbox please check your mailbox's spam folder.
If the email invitation is neither in your inbox nor your spam folder, please contact your clinic and request they resend the invitation. At this point it would be best to double check your clinic has the correct email address for you.
If you submitted a self referral request then it can take up to 3 working days before that request is processed and you are sent your invitation email.
