1. Navigate to the 'My health' screen by clicking on the icon at the bottom of the app screen then select Diaries from the menu.
2. Scroll down and then press 'Start diary' to being a new diary or press 'View diary' to edit an existing diary:
3. Ensure your diary is complete and ready to be sent to your clinic:
4. On the edit diary screen, scroll to the bottom of the page to find the 'Finish Diary' button:
5. By clicking on the 'Finish Diary' button, a prompt will appear to check whether you want to send the diary to your clinic:
6. On clicking 'Finish and send to clinic' your diary will be automatically sent to your clinic. You can check the status of your diary in 'Diary history':
