1. From your Patient Management dashboard, click "Invitations" in the left-hand margin
2. On the "Invitations" screen you should see the patient whose invitation has expired listed, click on the "resend" button in the far right column of the invitations table
3. Select how you wish to resend the invitation and then click "Resend Invitation"
4. Print or note down the new verification code that appears on screen and make sure that you send this to the re-invited patient through a secure channel (N.B. this code is essential for the patient to successfully enrol)
